This Privacy Policy explains how TeezyPeasy LLC, operating the Magnet Petals brand, collects, uses, retains, and shares information in connection with the Magnet Petals website, builder, purchases, and customer service.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Magnet Petals, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing information, phone number if provided, photographs and other uploaded content, personalized text, customer-support communications, order information, marketing preferences, and design information such as design/session IDs, selected photos, crops, positioning, zoom, arrangement, centerpiece selections, product configuration, warnings or overrides, and production files.

Our Site and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, Site activity, referring-page information, cookies or similar technologies, checkout/session activity, and information used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, or troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide the website and photo builder; save and restore a design; process photographs; generate previews; manufacture and fulfill products; process payments; ship orders; provide customer support; investigate quality problems; make authorized replacements or reproductions; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business, accounting, and tax records; comply with legal obligations; analyze and improve the service; and send marketing communications when you have separately consented where consent is required.

3. Photographs and Ownership

You retain ownership of photographs and other customer-provided content. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to Magnet Petals or TeezyPeasy LLC. We use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, save or reconstruct a design where applicable, produce and fulfill the order, support the customer, document the approved design, or make an authorized replacement or reproduction, unless you separately give us permission for another use.

4. Marketing Use of Customer Photos

A purchase does not give us permission to use customer photographs, likenesses, personalized products, testimonials, or social content publicly for advertising or marketing. If we want to use such material for marketing, we will request separate voluntary permission. Declining that request will not affect your purchase.

5. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. The processor may collect payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to its own privacy practices. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment details, and other information needed to process and reconcile orders.

6. Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting and storage providers, payment processors, analytics or security providers, communications providers, shipping carriers, and vendors involved in production or fulfillment. Where offered at checkout, the option “I don’t want to receive Magnet Petals updates and offers” is unchecked by default, and ticking it opts you out of marketing communications. Transactional communications relating to an order, payment, shipment, security, or customer-service matter are not marketing communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, authorized replacements or reproductions, fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations, dispute handling, and operation of saved designs or sessions. Personalized files may be deleted, archived, or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

A parent or other authorized adult may order a product containing a child's photograph when the adult has the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to submit and reproduce the image.
