By checking the required Customer Agreement box and submitting an order, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Business Identity
Magnet Petals is a consumer brand operated by TeezyPeasy LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. TeezyPeasy LLC is the seller of record and is responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and other obligations associated with purchases through this website.
2. Your Photos and Content
You represent that you own the photos, images, text, and other content you submit, or have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to have that content reproduced for your order. You must not submit unlawful content or content that knowingly infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You retain ownership of your photographs and other customer-provided content. Submitting content does not transfer ownership to Magnet Petals or TeezyPeasy LLC.
You grant TeezyPeasy LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, store, crop, resize, reposition, render, reproduce, print, manufacture, package, ship, document, support, replace, or remake submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide and fulfill your order and related customer service.
3. Photos of Other People and Minors
If submitted content depicts another person, including a minor, you are responsible for having the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to submit and reproduce that image for your order.
4. Design Approval
Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing crop position, zoom, orientation, image selection, photo order, arrangement, centerpiece selection, spelling and text if applicable, magnet quantity, display selections, and the final preview.
By submitting your order after reviewing the final preview, you approve the personalization shown and authorize production from that design. Approval does not waive claims arising from manufacturing defects or a product materially different from the approved design because of our error.
5. Crop and Print-Safety Warnings
The builder may provide warnings about image resolution, faces or subjects near an edge, insufficient bleed or coverage, enlargement, or other potential production issues. If you continue after receiving a warning and approve the design, you accept the disclosed risk unless the finished product differs materially from the approved production file because of our manufacturing error.
6. Image Processing
We may use automated image-processing tools to generate previews, evaluate image quality or resolution, identify possible crop or edge issues, and assist with positioning or production preparation.
7. Production Variations
Because screens, printers, materials, cutting, and manufacturing processes differ, minor variations in color, brightness, positioning, trimming, alignment, or finish may occur. Reasonable manufacturing variation is not considered a defect. We remain responsible for material production errors that cause the finished product to differ materially from the approved design.
8. Custom-Manufactured Product
Every personalized Magnet Petals order is produced specifically from your submitted and approved design. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. Once customization or production has begun, the order ordinarily cannot be changed or cancelled for a change of mind.
9. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize TeezyPeasy LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable product charges, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed charges. Payments may be processed by Stripe and its payment partners. Purchases are one-time transactions unless a recurring service is expressly identified and separately authorized.
10. Shipping and Delays
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Production or 'ships in' estimates refer to the expected time before the completed product is tendered to the carrier. If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented at purchase or within another period required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, revised timing, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misproduced Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains the wrong item, or was materially manufactured differently from the design you approved because of our error, contact [email protected] promptly after delivery. We may request reasonable photographs or order information. For a confirmed eligible problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, remake, or refund.
12. Marketing and Publicity Permission
Buying a Magnet Petals product does not give Magnet Petals or TeezyPeasy LLC permission to use your photographs, likeness, personalized product, testimonial, or social content in advertising, social media, portfolio materials, public galleries, or other marketing. Any such permission must be requested separately and may be declined without affecting your purchase. Marketing communications consent is also separate and optional.
13. Centerpieces and Brand Materials
Artwork, illustrations, centerpiece designs, layouts, trademarks, logos, website designs, product photography, written content, and other brand-created materials supplied by Magnet Petals remain the intellectual property of TeezyPeasy LLC or applicable licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights in those materials.
14. Displays and Arrangements
Photos showing magnets arranged as flowers, clusters, or other compositions are examples. Unless a display or mounting product is expressly included in the product description or order summary, your purchase includes only the items shown in checkout. Magnetic performance may vary depending on the receiving surface.
15. Other Policies
This Agreement works together with the Magnet Petals Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy. If there is a direct conflict concerning a personalized order, the more specific order or product term controls to the extent permitted by law.
16. Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
17. Agreement Record
We may retain records showing that you accepted this Agreement, the Agreement version (1.0), the date and time of acceptance, the related order or design identifier, approved design state, and other information reasonably necessary to document the transaction.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable United States law and, where permitted, Pennsylvania law applicable to TeezyPeasy LLC. This choice of law does not deprive a customer of mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
